Placer One City and new construction

Placer One City is the largest new-construction development in Placer County, and it is where I spend a great deal of my time. I have walked the models, I track which builders are opening which phases, and I know which questions matter before anything is signed.

Builders' sales representatives work for the builder. A buyer who walks into a sales office alone is negotiating without anyone on their side of the table. Bring your own representation, and bring it before the first visit, because most builders require your agent present at that initial registration.
