opening which phases, and I know which questions matter before anything is signed.

alone is negotiating without anyone on their side of the table. Bring your own
representation, and bring it before the first visit, because most builders require your
agent present at that initial registration.

Outside new construction, I represent buyers throughout Placer County —
Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Granite Bay, Loomis, Auburn, Newcastle, and Penryn —
